Every item removed is supported with a credible industry billing and reimbursement guideline and the then transparent report is sent to the provider alongside the adjusted payment. 

Appeals Support

Reliant employs and retains a team of attorneys and appeals professionals, each bringing years of experience to support clients through the appeals resolution process in the unlikely event of a provider appeal. The appeals team assists with communication (written and verbal) with the provider and assists clients in managing the appeals process deadlines.
